Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@myfitombsiac.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the item. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without providing a justification. The item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
