Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on a business day or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you select and the destination of your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option chosen:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@myfitombsiac.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For damaged items, please provide photos of the damage and the packaging to help us process your claim.
Address Changes and Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@myfitombsiac.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
